The only issue, which is not related to this company though, was the Soča River permit. Our trip was on was July and we bought the permit way ahead of time. As we got email reminders to activate the permit, out of fear of missing out, we activated the permit on the 30th June as soon as we saw a 2nd reminder. The permit got activated but was valid only for 30th June. When we emailed them back explaining this mishap, they said they cannot correct…”

“The kayaking itself took around 1.5-2 hours I think. The water was beautiful (crystal-blue) and so clean that it was even drinkable. There were almost no other people on the river and the immediate area around it which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We always felt in safe hands with our guide. The only negative aspect was that even though we were told on the booking receipt that we‘d be contacted by our guide in advance regarding our pick-up, we didn‘t hear anything and also they didn‘t seem aware that we were supposed to be picked up.
